This project involved the construction of a new +/- 26,000 SF medical office building in the rapidly growing city of Clarksville, TN. The parking areas were screened with evergreen shrubs to obscure undesirable views, and canopy trees were used to frame the building entrances and mitigate the impacts of impervious surfaces.
