LT Design Studio, LLC is a landscape architectural and urban design firm based in Nashville, Tennessee. The firm was founded in 2022 to serve a wide range of public, private, and non-profit clients in Middle Tennessee and the greater Southeastern United States. Our focus is on providing a personal level of service to all of our clients, and ensuring that the work we do brings out the best in projects.

Principal and founder, Tom Boyd, is a licensed landscape architect and has over 20 years of professional experience. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from Mississippi State University in 2004, Tom started his career with a small landscape architecture firm in Birmingham, Alabama. In 2006, he relocated to Nashville and worked for a mid-sized planning and landscape architectural firm for over 16 years. During that time, Tom had the opportunity to work on projects ranging from large scale community master plans and multi-family developments, to the adaptive re-use of historic buildings, higher education facilities, civic projects, and estate residential design. Tom leverages that knowledge and experience in the design, management, and execution of all the firm’s projects.
