LT Design Studio, LLC was hired by a homeowner in an established neighborhood of Brentwood, TN to create a landscape masterplan for their property, and develop concepts for how the space could meet the current and future needs of their growing family. A large corner lot with multiple mature trees provided a dramatic canvas for the designs. An interconnected series of spaces, centered on the existing pool, was created to provide a functional outdoor oasis. Existing trees were incorporated into lush planting beds that create a striking sense of arrival for the property.
